Collection Information
Everything parents need to know about arrival, collection, clothing, refreshments and our weather policy.
Arrival
Students should arrive 10–15 minutes before their booked session.
Parents receive confirmation of the correct point before each Saturday.
Collection
Collection takes place from the Island Academy Football Field or Reception Area. The academy will confirm the exact location.
Sign-Out
Students must be signed out by an authorised adult unless written independent-travel permission has been approved.
Late Collection
Please note that repeated late collection may result in an additional supervision charge.

For Football
- • Football boots or suitable training shoes
- • Trainers for indoor movement

- • Shin pads

- • Hat
- • Sunscreen
- • Change of shirt
- • Small towel
For Chess
- • Water bottle
- • Notebook
- • Pencil
- • Optional personal chess set
- • Optional digital chess clock
Chess sets and clocks will also be available at the academy.
Refreshments
The academy provides drinking water, fruit and approved healthy refreshments. Students staying for the full day should bring an approved packed lunch.
All allergies and dietary requirements must be declared.
Weather Policy
Football sessions may be modified because of extreme heat, lightning, heavy rain, unsafe field conditions or official weather alerts.
